We stayed in the hotel for two nights and it was perfect. A strangely quiet hotel close to most of Luzern/Lucerne, with a beautifully preserved exterior and full modern interior. Staff are helpful and friendly, and the breakfast is served in a quiet section of the fabulous restaurant downstairs.
